You may have noticed that the WealthBible release countdown page at: www.wealthbible.com/countdown.html has been changed. I have pushed the release date out 2 weeks to: Saturday, November 18th at 4:00 pm eastern.

I apologize for this new change. I could cite many reasons like; transferring files to my new computer running Vista, having lots of medication for molar extraction, still not having written the page describing everything in the WealthBible, setting up secondary server, putting together massive bonuses for you, just to name a few...

... But with all these excuses, the truth is I felt like I was paddling up stream. So yesterday I made the decision to drop paddles, turn my canoe around and push the release date out, and then things felt fantastic.

I went to the beach for a swim; I walked 5 miles into the city and had a massage. I met up with friends for dinner and had a glass of red wine with spaghetti. Came home and had an early night. Woke up at 3:00AM and started writing this article: "Giving Thanks & Appreciation - Attracting Abundance!". It was a day of inspired action and it felt great.

I wanted to get this article written because I know some of you can't afford the WealthBible just yet, so I want to make sure you have some techniques to get started with the Law of Attraction.

So once again I apologize if you have been waiting to get started with the WealthBible, but you will benefit massively from the extras I am putting together for you. Plus, I encourage you to use these articles as a bit of a primer, something to wet your appetite

2.) "Principle #3 Giving Thanks & Appreciation - Attracting Abundance!

Great teachers have been saying this for years... and it's no accident that its core to the WealthBible teaching. This is an excellent "first step you can take to turn your life around". It's also an excellent way to nip those pesky little negative states in the bud before they even show up.

Here's how it goes...

The first thing I do when I wake up is "NOT" to hop straight into the shower. Nope! It's to offer a quick thank you & appreciation. I sit up in bed and read 5 items off my "Giving Thanks & Appreciate - Attracting Abundance!" poster.

It's such a simple act of giving appreciation and it has the potential to change your day in some pretty remarkable ways.

Here's what's on the poster:

"I am happy, thankful & appreciation the following...

(You then list your top 5 goals in order of preference)

The really neat part about this is that your mind is like a computer and what you program into it is going to manifest in your life. I know this may sound a little way out for some of you, but what have you got to lose? "Nil" And a whole lot to gain.

Try it out for one week and you will see just how powerful this technique is as you become more positive and good things start appearing in your day.

I personally use this technique every single day and in terms of wealth I would say it has to be one the best investments I could make with my time.

The second poster I want to share with you today is from the "Abraham Hicks" people

Here it is:

"Today, no matter where I am going, no matter what I am doing, no matter who I am doing it with - it is my dominant intention to see that which I am wanting to see."

Both posters are very powerful, used together they are Dynamite :-)

The second poster has the potential to adjust your mental filters so your unconscious mind only allows into your awareness that which is desired. This has to be about one of the most powerful affirmations you can give to yourself.

NOTE: I suggest you print these out and get them framed; it somehow makes them more real. Also, be sure to place them where you are going to see them first thing in the morning as this is going to trigger your unconscious to start the practice.

Have fun

Also, if you want to you can print a second copy and have it positioned where you will see it often during your day, perhaps in your home or office.

"Moving up the Emotion Scale".

As mentioned in the previous articles (on our Blog) one of the most important skills you possess is being able to control your emotions, the ability to move up the emotional scale when we notice your feelings alerting you to the fact that you are not feeling the best.

So, let me ask you.

How are you feeling right now?

Happy, joy, frustrated, overwhelm?

Check with the following emotional scale to see where you locate yourself. Most people don't move around very much, maybe within a range of between 2 or 3 levels.

So just get a rough idea of where are now.

The Emotion Scale:

  1. Joy/Knowledge/Freedom/Love/Appreciate
  2. Passion
  3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
  4. Positive Expectation/Belief
  5. Optimism
  6. Hopefulness
  7. Contentment
  8. Boredom
  9. Pessimism
  10. Frustration/Irritation/Impatience
  11. Overwhelming
  12. Disappointment
  13. Doubt
  14. Worry
  15. Blame
  16. Discouragement
  17. Anger
  18. Revenge
  19. Hatred/Rage
  20. Jealousy
  21. Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness
  22. Fear/Guilt/Depression/Despair/Powerless

Done...

... Okay let start.

  • Did you see a part of you in the contestant?
  • Did your heart go out to him?
  • Did he encourage you in anyway?
  • Did you feel yourself cheering for them?
  • Did you feel a deep emotional connection with these strangers, why? Could it be we are all the same?

Just 60 Second...

This is such a powerful concept of the Law of Attraction... if you can hold that better feeling place for just 60 seconds it will affect the rest of your day.

So after watching these video's and communicating in the blog I want you to pay attention to how much better your day plays out.

Perhaps you notice more smiling faces, were they always there?

What has happened?

With this new HIGHER vibration you have tuned into radio good stuff, and grumpy faces don't get aired on that station. This station plays only good stuff. And, know this... if you do notice bad stuff creeping into your day it's because you have dropped your good feeling place.

But that's okay, Stop, Re-focus and look for a better feeling thought.

And hold it for 60 seconds

Warning...

... I can't emphasis this enough. Don't try and jump too far up the emotional scale in one go. For example don't try and jump from anger to positive expectations. It's just too big a jump, and you will not be able to maintain it.

This is what happens when you attend those hyped up seminar's where you get so fired up you are sure life's got you on seventh heaven. But you can't possible hold that energy once you return home. And, what was once a positive experience soon sours as you return to your familiar emotional range.

Rather, start from where you are and aim to move up to the next level, get comfortable there, before continuing on. You can do this in a very short time, but you do need to stop at each level and experience the energy of the emotion. And if you feel yourself moving down the emotional scale, stop and make adjustments.

Also, in case you were wondering. If you are depressed, then yes, you have to go through anger. Your goal is to move through it as quickly as possible, but you do need to experience it (in healthy ways of course). And when you do I am sure you will agree that anger feels better than depression. And, once you are in anger you can then set your sights on doubt... And doubt will feel better than anger.

And... before you know it; contentment, optimism and happiness will be on your radar.

I do hope this series of articles have given you a little insight to the powerful teachings of the WealthBible. I have loved sharing them with you.
