1. The Meditation Series
=========================================================
Welcome to the second series in the Meditation series.

In this issue we will explore

  • What is meditation?
  • What can meditation achieve?
  • What areas of your life can benefit by meditating?

As previously discussed Meditation is a technique used to create a stillness of mind. It is any way that is used to find the empty space between thoughts. The most typical way to meditate is to sit or lay quietly while focusing on creating a gap or space between thoughts.

It is quite usual for our mind to start to flood with thoughts on all sorts of subjects from your daily tasks to the most unlikely and unrelated issues. The aim is to allow the thought to come, just recognize them and then allow it to pass gently from your mind.

If you can practice this technique regularly, your mind will eventually slow down to a gentler pace. It will even allow a gap between thoughts. It is this space that we are searching for. It is in this space that we connect with the source of all creation. It is here that we link with universal mind where anything is possible and anything can be bought into the material world.

Within this space we can achieve great physical healing, emotional release, spiritual connection and manifestation of your greatest desires.

Physical healing may be achieved by focusing on your body, and releasing its "dis-ease" and coming back to a state of perfection and harmony. Every cell in our body is replaced over a short period of time. It is within the healing space of meditation where your cells can be rejuvenated and reprogrammed to release old patterns and energies to allow healthy cellular reproduction. Many "terminal" illnesses have been reported to have been taken into remission or have had the symptoms totally disappear from the body. It is in this space that healing miracles may happen.

Meditation is a powerful tool to release the energy of stored or suppresses emotions.

Spiritual connection is at its highest while in the brain wave states of Alpha, Theta or Delta. We drop in brain wave from the conscious state and an amazing connection to spirit is opened. It is here that we can connect to angels, guides, passed over loved ones or even aspects of our self that present for healing.

Meditations for manifestation are also a powerful way to use the link to the universal mind and spirit. Anything that the mind perceives the self can bring into reality. Any object or state that you can hold direct focus and attention on, you will usually bring into physical reality. What you focus on, you will get. It is in the meditative state that you can create the clearest and most focused intention. It is here that you can place your order for the physical objects that you desire in your life.

As you can see, meditation can help all areas of you life. It is a beautiful soft gentle technique that will help you achieve calmness, peace of mind, greater physical health, intensified mental focus and the ability to fulfil your dreams.

3. Tip "Learning how to turbo charge your affirmation practice."
=========================================================
We now want to combine the powerful state of meditation to easily implant the affirmation into the subconscious mind.

Follow these 3 simple steps.

Step 1.
Select an affirmation for the above examples that you are particularly drawn to.

Step 2.
Be still, and repeat this affirmation silently to yourself about 12 time.

Step 3.
What we would like you to do now is use the FREE online meditation demo program.

Scroll down and select the "Demo" menu option at the bottom of the page.

Follow the instruction to familiarize yourself with the demo.

Allow yourself a couple of minutes to quite the mind, this will happen quite naturally while listening to the meditation demo. That is what it was designed for, so no effort required on your part.

Now, when you feel your mind getting still, gently bring the affirmation into your awareness... and gently repeat it slooooowly... about a dozen times, while paying particular attension to the meaning of each word.

Then allow you mind to relax... and continue with the meditation demo.

When your have finished with the meditation demo, gently bring yourself back to an alert, awake state. Take a couple few deep breaths, have a stretch and be back in the room where you are.

Now, don't be surprised if you start experience some wonderful surprises during the day:-)
